You have a 30-day guarantee. if something is broken on your product within that time, you will receive a new product from us. This only applies if, for our products, no damage is done to the product. If you think you have a problem with your product, please contact us and we will arrange it together.
You are not eligible for a warranty due to your own damage (water damage) or theft.
14 days return policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your order or the product is not what you expected, you can return your order to us within 14 days and get your money back.
In this case, it must not contain any traces of use and must be received by us in completely original condition. We do not pay return costs and you must first contact us for instructions because we cannot take anything with shipped packages without our permission.
Broken product delivered:
We sell many electrical products, unfortunately there can sometimes be errors or they can break during delivery. If you receive a defective product, send us an email as soon as possible, we will arrange for you to receive a new one (term is 14 days)
