When you place an order, orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.

Orders take 2-4 weeks on average to arrive but due to Covid-19 this may be delayed by 1-2 weeks.

Can I Cancel My Order?
We cannot cancel your order after it is placed, if you would like to cancel your order please wait to receive your items then contact us for instructions on how to return it.
Wowproducts accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support via email firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to make a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. If the items do not pass inspection, our returns department can reject the return request.
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
